1. Scope of service

We provide FDM 3D printing based on files uploaded by the customer. The service covers manufacturing only, and does not include design, reverse engineering, or verifying that a design is fit for its purpose unless agreed in writing.

2. Pricing

The price shown by the site calculator is based on automated analysis of the customer file, and is final and binding once the order is confirmed, except where the site explicitly flags that manual review is required. Prices are in UAE dirhams. The company is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price shown; if that changes, the VAT amount will be shown clearly before payment.

3. Customer responsibility for files

The customer confirms they own the rights to the uploaded file or hold a licence permitting it to be printed. We do not verify design ownership, and full legal responsibility for any infringement of intellectual property rests with the customer alone.

4. What we will not print

We reserve the right to refuse any order, including: weapons or their components, tools intended for unlawful use, parts infringing the rights of others, and anything contrary to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

5. Accuracy and tolerance

Expected dimensional tolerance is ±0.3 mm or ±0.3% of the dimension, whichever is greater. Variation within this limit is not a defect. Printed parts are not suitable for safety-critical applications unless expressly agreed.

6. Production and delivery

Stated lead times are estimates and run from payment confirmation, not from order submission. Delay caused by circumstances beyond our control does not create liability beyond the value of the order.

7. Cancellation and refunds

An order may be cancelled with a full refund before printing starts. Once printing has begun the material has been consumed. Parts printed to customer order are not returnable.

8. Defective parts

If a part arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, tell us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and we will reprint it or refund its value. This does not cover faults in the design itself or the limits of the process described above.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order paid. We accept no indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business opportunity or data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
